About the Role:
EACH is looking for a Key Worker/ Occupational Therapist to join our trans-disciplinary Childhood Intervention Services team.The role is dynamic and will include community and home based therapy to children 0-12 years with developmental delays and disabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the beginning of it's journey and contribute your ideas and experiences.Grade 1 and 2 Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply as this role is all about finding the right mix of experience and vision as we grow our team.
The successful applicant will:
- have experience working with children 0-12 and their families;
- be passionate about expanding their knowledge by working with other professionals including, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists;
- have an understanding of the NDIS and requirements on service provision;
- be a strong team worker as well as work well autonomously;
- have experience working in multi-disciplinary or trans-disciplinary teams and be willing to contribute to our evolving team;
- have experience supervising other Allied Health professionals and students (if Grade 2).
