Who we're looking for
To be successful in the NDIS Support Coordinator role you will be passionate about quality service delivery and supporting customers to achieve the goals of their NDIS plan. You will have a strong attention to detail and have excellent administrative skills. You will be highly organised and able to balance the demands of office based work and meeting with clients.
What you'll be doing
Support coordination is a capacity building function to implement all supports in a participant's plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports. The
Support Coordinator will work collaboratively with NDIS participants to connect
them to local services and resources.

This role is part of an NDIS Support Coordination team in Southern Melbourne.
