14. Key Selection Criteria:
An understanding of contemporary Aboriginal culture and the history of intergenerational trauma

15. Key Selection Criteria:
Ability to engage men from all circumstances and to structure/provide services and programs for men

16. Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in individual casework and the provision of group programs

17. Key Selection Criteria:
Familiarity with a range of appropriate responses for making men and families safe and supporting them to re-establishing their lives

18. Key Selection Criteria:
Experience in working in the family violence sector or related areas; with particular understanding of the the issues underpinning family violence, particularly as it relates to the Aboriginal Men’s cultural context.
